Focus and Scope
Journal of Profession Education (JPE) is a peer-reviewed journal that focuses on the development, study, and innovation of professional education across various disciplines. The journal provides a platform for disseminating research related to the preparation, training, and continuous development of professionals in both formal and non-formal educational settings. Its scope includes topics such as teacher education, vocational and technical education, curriculum and instructional design for professional learning, workplace-based learning, continuing professional development (CPD), educational leadership and management, educational technology in professional contexts, and the assessment of professional competencies. JPE also welcomes studies related to educational policy and reform that impact professional learning, as well as interdisciplinary research that connects professional education with broader societal and labor market needs. The journal accepts manuscripts employing quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, or case study approaches. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and written in either English or Bahasa Indonesia.
