Digital transformation has accelerated the adoption of electronic business (e-business) as a strategic approach to improving performance and competitiveness in the healthcare sector. E-business in healthcare extends beyond electronic transactions to include integrated information systems, service management, digital marketing, and interactive communication between healthcare providers and patients. This study aims to analyze the implementation of e-business in the healthcare sector and its impact on operational efficiency, service quality, and organizational performance. The research employs a systematic literature review approach by examining national and international scholarly articles published between 2015 and 2024. Data were collected from reputable academic databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar, and analyzed using thematic and narrative synthesis.
