The Influence of The Perception of Group Functions on The Cohesivity of The Work Group Is Reviewed from The Gender of Self-Service Employees X Gresik. In this study using a quantitative method with a sample number consisting of 53 employees. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results of this research: 1) there is an influence on the perception of group functions on the cohesion of the work group viewed from the gender of self-service employees X Gresik. The R Square value is 0.776 which means that the perception variable of the group function is viewed from the gender that affects 77.6% on Cohesivity and 22.4% is influenced by other things.; 2) gender does not moderate the influence of the level of dual role conflict on the level of work stress in self-service employees X Gresik. These things can be caused by things that are not considered: sample gender ideology, the number of unbalanced samples between men and women, job characteristics, and work periods.
Pengaruh persepsi fungsi kelompok terhadap kohesivitas kelompok kerja ditinjau dari jenis kelamin karyawan swalayan X Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh persepsi fungsi kelompok terhadap kohesivitas kelompok kerja ditinjau dari jenis kelamin. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,776 menunjukkan bahwa persepsi fungsi kelompok berdasarkan jenis kelamin memberikan kontribusi 77,6% terhadap kohesivitas, sisanya 22,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. (2) Jenis kelamin tidak memoderasi pengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap stres kerja. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang tidak diperhatikan seperti ideologi gender, jumlah sampel yang tidak seimbang, karakteristik pekerjaan, dan masa kerja.
