The program was conducted through a Digital Marketing and Creative Video Design Workshop. The background of this activity is the important role of youth as agents of change in supporting digital-based village development, as well as the limited capacity of youth organizations to manage digital content effectively. The implementation methods included lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and hands-on practice in creating visual and creative video content using Canva and CapCut applications. The evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-tests to measure participants' improvement in understanding. The results indicated a significant increase in participants' comprehension of digital marketing concepts, the use of social media as a branding tool, and technical skills in creating digital content. The pre-test results, which were initially 80%, increased to 86% in the post-test. In addition, the activity increased participants' self-confidence and active participation during the learning process. Therefore, the workshop proved effective in supporting youth empowerment in the village and in building a positive image of Karang Taruna through the sustainable use of digital media.
Daffa Maulana Hidayat, Popi Andiyansari, Akhmad Afnan Copyright (c) 2026 Daffa Maulana Hidayat, Popi Andiyansari, Akhmad Afnan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.nurscienceinstitute.id/index.php/penamas/article/view/2708 Thu, 23 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Optimalisasi pelayanan administrasi perbankan syariah melalui evaluasi kepuasan nasabah di BSI Gresik https://journal.nurscienceinstitute.id/index.php/penamas/article/view/2826
This community service activity aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with administrative services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Gresik Branch as a basis for formulating a strategy for continuous service quality improvement. The method used was a quantitative descriptive survey with a questionnaire instrument based on the five dimensions of SERVQUAL, including tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, which were distributed to active BSI customers through a purposive sampling technique. The implementation of the activity included three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis results showed an average satisfaction index of 3.99 on a scale of 5, with the assurance dimension obtaining the highest score of 4.32 and the responsiveness dimension obtaining the lowest score of 3.67. These findings indicate that although customer trust in employee competence has been well established, aspects of response speed and service personalization still require more intensive attention and improvement. This activity recommends optimizing the queuing system, training employee soft skills, and implementing periodic satisfaction evaluations to realize excellent service standards that align with the values of Islamic banking.
Novi Darmayanti, Erika Sapitri Handayani, Mawar Umu Salamah, Nur Fidya Putri Copyright (c) 2026 Novi Darmayanti, Erika Sapitri Handayani, Mawar Umu Salamah, Nur Fidya Putri https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.nurscienceinstitute.id/index.php/penamas/article/view/2826 Fri, 24 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Meningkatkan posisi tawar petani di perbatasan Indonesia - Malaysia https://journal.nurscienceinstitute.id/index.php/penamas/article/view/2880
Pisak Village, as one of the villages on the Indonesia-Malaysia border, has great potential as a vegetable producer for domestic and cross-border markets. Vegetable farmers in Pisak Village face real problems in the form of high dependence on middlemen in marketing their crops, resulting in a weak position for farmers and unprofitable selling prices. Furthermore, uncontrolled price pressures, limited access to cross-border markets in Malaysia, a lack of farmer economic institutions, and poor post-harvest infrastructure make it difficult for farmers to maintain stable, sustainable incomes. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve farmers' bargaining position by conducting outreach training on product processing and courage-based promotion. Through product processing, farmers are expected to increase the added value of their agricultural products, while courageous promotion is expected to open wider market access. Implemented through an interactive socialization and discussion approach, this PkM activity not only focuses on improving farmers' technical skills but also on strengthening market access and economic institutions, thereby creating independence and economic sustainability for the Pisak Village community in the border region.
Agil Judistira, Ferdy Zuniansyah, Bayu Dalang Pamungkas, Nungki Kusumatuti, Fransiska Kurniati, Fariastuti Djafar, Supriaman Supriaman Copyright (c) 2026 Agil Judistira, Ferdy Zuniansyah, Bayu Dalang Pamungkas, Nungki Kusumatuti, Fransiska Kurniati, Fariastuti Djafar, Supriaman Supriaman https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.nurscienceinstitute.id/index.php/penamas/article/view/2880 Fri, 24 Apr 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Optimalisasi kemampuan menulis mahasiswa melalui project-based learning Perkuliahan Dasar Bersama https://journal.nurscienceinstitute.id/index.php/penamas/article/view/2774
The ability to write academic papers is an important competence for university students. This community service program aimed to optimize students’ academic writing skills through the Project-Based Learning (PBL) approach in the Joint Basic Course at Universitas Airlangga. The program was conducted through training, writing practice, review, revision, and presentation activities. The results showed that, out of 150 participants, 20 students, or 13.33%, were able to write reviews using concise and compact sentences; 50 students, or 33.33%, were able to construct coherent sentences; and 80 students, or 53.34%, were able to write sentences that were easy to understand. In addition, the participants successfully produced 20 academic papers with positive outcomes in the aspects of title formulation, opening sentences, explanatory sentences, transitions, and closing sentences. In conclusion, the PBL approach was effective in strengthening first-year students’ academic literacy by encouraging them to write systematically, revise their work, and communicate ideas more clearly.
Siti Nur Aisya Putri, Nuri Hermawan, Moulidvi Rizki Permita, Luthfita Nur Rosyidah Copyright (c) 2026 Siti Nur Aisya Putri, Nuri Hermawan, Moulidvi Rizki Permita, Luthfita Nur Rosyidah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://journal.nurscienceinstitute.id/index.php/penamas/article/view/2774 Wed, 06 May 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Pendampingan terpadu UMKM kuliner dalam kegiatan sosial Manggala Sakti Sejahtera berbasis pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat https://journal.nurscienceinstitute.id/index.php/penamas/article/view/2847
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector have significant potential to support economic growth, particularly in generating employment opportunities, increasing income, and fostering local economic independence.
