Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner pada objek penelitian. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yakni non-probability sampling dengan teknik Acidental sampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni konsumen pada Minuman Deles Glenmore dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni Uji Validitas, Uji Relibilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinieritas, Uji Heeteroskedastisitas, Analisis linier berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji t dan Uji F dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 20. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Variabel Harga, Promosi, Word Of Mouth, Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan BUMNU Grosir Jember yang berjumlah 37 Karyawan. Sementara itu, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di BUMNU Grosir Jember dijadikan sampel. Tata cara analisis informasi yang digunakan merupakan analisis regresi linear berganda serta pembuktian hipotesis dicoba dengan uji t, uji F, serta uji koefisien determinasi (<em>R2</em>). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi sebanyak 334 mahasiswa program studi Akuntansi angkatan 2020 Institut Teknologi dan Sains Mandala Jember, Universitas Jember, dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus <em>Slovin. </em>Sehingga didapat sebanyak 77 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji keabsahan data, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi R<sup>2</sup>, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecerdasan Intelektual, <em>Locus of Control</em>, dan Pemahaman Kode Etik Profesi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Perilaku Etis Mahasiswa.&nbsp; Kecerdasan Emosional dan <em>Love of Money</em>&nbsp; tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Perilaku Etis Mahasiswa Akuntansi. Dynamic organizations continuously strive to enhance productivity and maintain competitive advantage through consistent performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic work ethics, emotional intelligence, and organizational support on employee performance, with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Wonosobo using questionnaires distributed to 85 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the path analysis approach. The results show that Islamic work ethics and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while emotional intelligence does not. Islamic work ethics and organizational support also significantly increase organizational commitment. However, commitment does not have a significant effect on performance and does not act as a mediating variable.
